Responsibilities :
- Develop and nurture new business relationships
- Represent clients including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Analyze transactions to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Negotiate terms that align with the client's best interests
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in all dealings
- Timely follow-up with all customer leads
- Deliver top-tier customer service at all times
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Georgia
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of successful transactions and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
