Key Responsibilities
Coach and lead a team of Solution Consultants while engaging directly with clients
Drive strategic sales efforts in collaboration with Account Executives, focusing on new business and expansion revenue
Ensure operational excellence by managing timely responses to RFIs and RFPs and optimizing pre-sales performance metrics
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Pre-Sales roles, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity
Proven ability to build and scale consultative pre-sales teams in fast-growing SaaS environments
Strong understanding of AI-powered software solutions and their application in sales and operations
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field
Experience influencing product strategy through customer feedback and field insights
