Responsibilities :
- Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data effectively.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are carried out accurately and on time.
- Apply accrual accounting principles to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain financial transparency.
- Use Yardi property management software to manage property-related accounting tasks.
- Take on additional responsibilities over time, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize accounting functions.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing high-quality customer service.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
- Must be well-versed in various Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
- Understanding of Accrual Accounting principles is needed
- Auditing skills are a requirement for this role
- Knowledge of Yardi property management software is essential
