- Draft and review regulatory filings and corporate governance documents.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on complex securities issues.
- Develop strategies to ensure clients meet regulatory and governance requirements.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in securities regulation and corporate governance.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the Bar in California or eligibility for admission.
