A law firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Corporate / Business Transactional Attorney proficient in business and corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating various transactional documents, with a focus on real estate transactions being advantageous.
Duties :
- Handle business and corporate transactions, including limited liability company and partnership formation
- Negotiate and draft buy-sell agreements, entity conversions, and asset purchase agreements
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional matters
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives
Requirements :
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 8+ years of experience in business and corporate transactions
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents
- Proficiency in limited liability company and partnership formation
- Knowledge of real estate transactions is advantageous
- Strong understanding of business and corporate law principles
Education :
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Certifications :
Relevant certifications related to corporate law or real estate law are beneficial
Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
