We are seeking a motivated and tenacious Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on expanding our client base within the tristate area, leveraging our established reputation and product quality.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a thick skin to navigate the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing and architectural sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our products.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market dynamics.
Qualifications :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or architectural products.
- Tenacious, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation :
- Base salary : $1,500 per week for the first 6 months.
- Commission : On sales, with potential for re-evaluation at the 6-month mark.
- Opportunity to adjust base salary with a higher commission structure after 6 months, based on performance.
