JobDescription

Warehouse associatethat will perform duties to include picking, labeling, re-labeling,loading, unloading, receiving, and inspections of material anddunnage for shipping, receiving and storage in a fast spacedenvironment.

• Daily operationof powered industrial trucks or other material handlingequipment.
• Daily use of hand held RFscanner.
• Daily use of good judgement to complywith instructions or prescribed routines, methods, or practicesinvolving the making of minordecisions.
• Regular participation in specialtasks as assigned such as6S.

Keyresponsibilities will include the following :

• Perform avariety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, storage ofparts, materials, and products.
• Prepare partsand materials for shipments. Verify materials and quantities. Packmaterials. Load trucks.
• Receive shipments.Unload trucks. Check shipments for completeness and damage. Recordshipments and compile necessary paperwork.

Verify Dunnage and countfor shipments. Move material to proper area forstorage.

• Avoiding damage to equipment orprocess due to mistake or carelessness, including damage tomachines, tools, supplies, devices, apparatus andsolutions
• Avoid damage to materials, product orinstallation. Damage may be caused by negligent inspection ortesting, wastage of materials, or damage caused by improperinstallation.
• Constant safety mindset necessaryto prevent injury to others, due to inherent hazards. An accident,should it occur, would result in injuries of a partiallyincapacitating nature such as loss of a limb or eye, or severehealth hazard.
• Responsible for one's ownwork
• Daily use of addition, subtraction,multiplication and division of numbers including decimals andfractions; simple use of formulas, charts, tables, schedules,checking of reports, forms, records, and comparable data, whereinterpretation is required.
• Requires continuousattention to detail, usually repetitive work or diversifiedoperations requiring constant alertness oractivity.

Qualifications

BasicQualifications

• HighSchool Diploma or GED from an accreditedinstitution.
• 2+ years of forklift experience(sit down)
• 2+ years of warehouseexperience

PreferredQualifications :

• Poweredindustrial truck experience,such as Order Picker, Reach Truck,Pacer, etc.
• Bilingual : English / Spanish
• Good computer skills and keyboard proficiencyif required.
• Microsoft Office applications suchas Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

SalaryRange :

The U.S. base hourly wagefor this full-time positionis $16.75 per hour.Within the range,individual pay is determined based on several factors, including,but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexityof the role, job location, etc.
