Our client, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Focused Improvement Lead to join their team. As a Focused Improvement Lead, you will be part of the Continuous Improvement department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Partner with site leadership to develop future state vision and strategy, maintaining the site FI / RPS roadmap.
• Coach and mentor site leadership and staff to advance knowledge and application of FI & RPS methodologies.
• Oversee the execution of FI & RPS projects utilizing tools such as OEE, TPM, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collaborate with finance to set optimization targets and communicate them effectively to area owners.
• Lead project teams to investigate cost reduction and material usage improvements, ensuring project deliverables are met.
