Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Operations in our Indianapolis, INlocation.

This includes providing leadership and setting expectations for location team members, removing obstacles to ensure efficient workflow across all departments, and monitoring budgets vs actual financial performance.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide counsel and training to managers to build their leadership and motivational skills
• Partner with the Sales Team to provide total customer satisfaction by settling disputes and handling customer concerns
• Review all Key Management Reports with department manager - collaborate to create solutions to opportunities and celebrate successes
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy

Educational / Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in Operational Leadership OR 10-15 years Operations Leadership experience.

They will be solution-oriented to deliver results, have excellent communication skills, financial acumen including previous experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L), and basic accounting knowledge.

The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
