About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit Job Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration : 8 weeks Shift : 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 AM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 1 year of ICU / Critical Care experience required License : Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have : Willingness to float within skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles when needed Job Description : - Provide care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit with critical needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care. - Implement and monitor patient care plans while ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
- Perform assessments and document patient conditions and interventions accurately. - Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by the healthcare team.
- Participate in patient and family education and support. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. - Maintain patient confidentiality and abide by professional standards.
- Available to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
