Job Description

Position Responsibilities :
- Lead the preconstruction phase of projects from inception to completion
- Manage the estimating and bidding process
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage a team of Estimators
- Oversee the preparation of accurate cost estimates
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare bids
- Review and negotiate contracts
- Provide value engineering solutions
- Mentor and train junior staff members
Position Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record with healthcare or senior living projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
