As a test engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the U. S. Air Force (USAF) client's capabilities by leading test engineering planning and implementation initiatives for Commercial Derivative Systems, Legacy Tankers, and propulsion systems design, development, and acquisition.

Your technical expertise will be vital as you provide test engineering expertise to develop strategies for system behavioral analysis, requirements verification and test planning, and interface integration and management for Commercial Derivative systems, Legacy Tanker platforms, and propulsion systems.

You'll continue to develop your skills in aerospace systems testing while gaining experience with a variety of aerospace systems.

You Have :

12+ years of experience with test and evaluation engineering or flight test

Knowledge of USAF acquisition and engineering processes

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have :

Experience with supporting the design, development, and review of Systems Engineering design artifacts, including Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), performance specifications, Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Top Secret clearance

Master's degree in Engineering

USAF Test Pilot School Graduate

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
