Job Description

Job Description

You have work experience or a degree in education, social work, hospitality, or communications. Maybe you are disillusioned with the non-teaching aspects of teaching, or maybe you’ve been bartending or waiting tables & you are done being on your feet hustling all the time.

You love teaching and helping people. You appreciate individuals’ uniqueness and see beyond their surface to their fundamental humanity underneath.

You feel fulfilled by developing interpersonal connections and knowing you make a positive impact on others’ lives.

You prefer a faster pace with variability to a predictable routine. You task switch naturally, welcoming the novelty of each interaction and project as a fun diversion.

You are extroverted and could strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere, anytime. You think it’s often easier to just pick up the phone to call and talk with someone directly, but you’re very comfortable with technology.

When you send a text or email message it is as personable as it is clear, concise, and professional. You are ready for your next chapter.

Compensation- $46,800 Base Compensation
