CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK
The incumbent will assist the Chief Financial Officer in maintaining the Fiscal operations of the Agency and will supervise fiscal functions in the absence of the Chief Financial Officer;
assist in maintaining records of current financial status of programs and availability of funds; prepare appropriate finance reports and reports to the Chief Financial Officer on matters that relate to proper and efficient operations of all financial affairs of the Agency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Accounting and three (3) years of experience related to the above listed duties.
Proficiency in operating latest versions of computer software, e.g., Lotus, Excel, and WordPerfect.
