About Us :
Empower Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Carlo Sayo with a mission to "Be Different." After years of working in corporate healthcare settings where metrics often overshadowed patient care, Dr.
Sayo started his own practice to focus on one-on-one patient attention. This approach has led to faster recoveries and a growing, satisfied patient base.

What We're Looking For :
We’re seeking an Office Manager with a proven track record in a fast-paced medical or therapy office. The ideal candidate will have :
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Expertise in scheduling, patient management, and insurance verification.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems.
- A friendly, patient-first attitude, with a knack for making everyone feel like a VIP.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments and evaluations.
- Perform insurance benefits checks and handle authorizations.
- Collect and manage patient payments.
- Greet patients warmly and ensure all check-in / check-out procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with office policies.
- Support the growth and development of office staff.

Work Schedule :
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday : 10 am - 7 pm
- Tuesday, Friday : 8 am - 5 pm
