- Additional dates needed : 10 days per month in Jan, Feb & March

- Setting : Clinic, L&D, Surgery
- FTE : 1.0
- Duties : Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, City Call, CNM Back Up
- Required Procedures : All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting
- EMR : EPIC
- Support Staff : Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site
- Reason for Coverage : Physician Resignation
- Board Certified Highly Preferred
- Active NE License Required or IMLC
- BLS, NRP, DEA Required
