Technical Skills :
1. Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation with thorough requirement analysis / information gathering.
2. Deliver high-quality content that is technically accurate by ensuring effective reviews.
3. Constantly engage with development teams and other customer-facing SMEs to develop user-interface documentation.
4. bility to work with limited supervision including : A little or no supervision in the pursuit of established goals and the resolution of complex issues as they arise.
5. bility to quickly learn and adapt to technology, tools, and processes.
6. strong team player as well as an individual contributor.

4. Working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Suites, and / or Git / GitHub.
