Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master
Seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master to guide scrum teams through new product development and improve software development execution.
- BS Degree required
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience (CSM certification highly preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban, eXtreme Programming, etc.)
- Medical device experience highly preferred
- Available to work 3 days on site and 2 days remote
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve one or more Scrum Teams
- Coach Scrum Team members in role adherence and benefits
- Promote collaboration and teamwork across team members
- Guide teams in connecting behaviors to Agile Manifesto and Scrum Framework
- Facilitate Scrum Events as needed or requested
- Demonstrate versatility in coaching and communication with team members
- Ensure Scrum Team sets commitments (Product Goal, Sprint Goal, Definition of Done)
- Guide teams toward self-management
- Ensure effectiveness of Scrum Events and Artifacts
- Coach Product Owner and Product Development Managers in backlog management
- Protect developers from distractions
- Ensure information is radiated to necessary parties
