Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Advisor to join our team and represent Customer Care Operations (CC Ops). This role involves partnering with the Enterprise Technology and Information Services (TIS) team to facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering for system changes and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering : Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Testing Coordination : Collaborate with enterprise functional and technical teams to prepare for and conduct user acceptance testing and regression testing for CIS Systems (specific to CC Ops changes).
- Stakeholder Communication : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and Customer Care teams. Develop and distribute communications regarding the impacts of system enhancements.
- Liaison Role : Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, providing clarification, communication, and support as needed.
- Task Management : Take ownership of assigned duties, successfully executing tasks while managing multiple demands simultaneously.
- Problem Solving : Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to facilitate end-to-end requirements gathering and problem resolution.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience : A related University degree with at least 4 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
Knowledge of TIS systems and solutions is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with technology implementation requirements and methodologies.
- Operational Understanding : Knowledge of Customer Care Operations and the business needs associated with it.
- Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated decision-making skills, and the ability to deliver results.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including consensus building, negotiation, and facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certification : CBAP Certification or other recognized education in business analysis.
Working Conditions :
- Travel : Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Physical Requirements :
Tasks Include : Grasping, kneeling, light to moderate lifting (up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder height, repetitive motions, typing, sitting, standing, and visual tasks (such as reading screens and detecting color coding).
Mental Requirements :
Tasks Include : Understanding, remembering, and applying oral or written instructions, solving complex problems, organizing and prioritizing work, making decisions impacting the immediate work unit, following instructions and guidelines, and communicating effectively.
