LHH is working with a national food brand who makes premium, hand-crafted smoked meats. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Bay City, OR.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing experience (food and beverage industry would be a plus), leading a team, and leading all facility updates and needs.

Duties
- Monitor general condition of the building and surroundings at all times walking the property regularly
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly inspections are done timely and accurately
- Develop and administer preventative maintenance schedule
- Knowledge of all types of mechanical equipment including chillers, boilers, refrigeration dryers, ovens, plumbing and electrical systems
- Maintain knowledge of local building code and other applicable building laws; blueprint reading; and building construction desirable
- Obtain pricing and bids and / or develop cost estimates as directed from 3rd party contractors
- Manage a team of up to 10 employees as well as source, interview, and work through ongoing development of maintenance department
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; two years of college or vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering or plumbing, preferred
- 10 years in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Specialization in technical crafts (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is required; an ability to advance knowledge in these areas and to mentor others is essential
- CAD / AutoCAD or ability to use a design system
