In this position...

Management of Commodity S390 - Knuckles.

Includes current supply base with 8 suppliers with focus to include disruptors with upcoming sourcing opportunities. Support Category Manager in completion of CBP and complete strategic transformation of the commodity space.

Complete critical upcoming sourcing decisions and work with new suppliers on industrialization plans.

You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong data & analytics understanding
• Ability to interpret organization needs and commercial strategies to develop commodity strategy
• Strong knowledge across the sourcing process
• Ability to develop and successfully execute negotiations strategy
• High business acumen with solid understanding of Global organizations and ability to drive solutions independently.

Even better, you may have

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Propensity to communicate clearly and solve open issues in a timely manner. Creativity, energy and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
• Direct automotive production purchasing / supply chain experience preferred.
• High energy with a relentless pursuit of learning and development to drive commodity expertise.
• Persuasive and convincing communication skills (., proposals, reports, plans) to secure commitment from business leaders.
• High degree of trust and maintain strong relationships with Skill Team / regional leadership.
