The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Little Me Daycare’s vision.

The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Our Assistant Directors are :

Job Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Must meet state requirements for education
  • Master’s Degree preferred, minimum BA.BS Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • New York State Teaching Certification, (minimum Birth through 2)
  • Knowledgeable of Article 47 and other NYC Department of Health licensing / credentialing issues
