Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour

Work Schedule : Monday Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

Training : 2 weeks long alongside peer, monitoring and shadowing

Start Date : ASAP

What’s a typical day as an Office Clerk / Assistant ? You’ll be :

  • Perform clerical duties in accordance with office procedures, such as answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
  • Handle shipping and receiving needs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • 2-3 years office admin experience / accounts payable, receivable or similar role.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office Suite and office machines (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
