About the Job

Product Vision and Strategy Define and communicatethe product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.

Supervising the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to post-launchanalysis and iteration.

Market Research and Analysis Conduct market researchto understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Roadmap Planning Develop and maintain a productroadmap that outlines the product’s evolution and aligns with business goals.

Stakeholder Alignment Ensure alignment with keystakeholders including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Go-to-Market Strategies Collaborate with marketingand sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, includingpositioning, messaging, and pricing.

Customer Engagement Engage with customers to gatherfeedback, understand difficulties, and find opportunities for productimprovement.

Innovation Encourage and facilitate innovation withinthe product team to keep the product competitive and forward-thinking.

What you need

• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
• Multiple years of product management experience
• Experience in ESG planning and budgeting processes in one or more verticals
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive vision and consensus among diverse teams
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
