Position Type :Front of House Team Member Responsibilities :
- Deliver the core four essentials : make eye contact, smile, speak with enthusiasm and serve from the heart
- Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude
- Accurately and efficiently take guest orders on both front counter and drive-thru
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in all areas of the store
- Observe health and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to the fun, fast-paced work environment
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 16 or older
- Commit to working at least 10 hours per week
- Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic cash-handling skills
