User Experience Researcher - Creative / Design Location : San Antonio, Texas Job Type : Contract Added : 09 / 16 / 24 Job Description Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a User Experience Researcher.
Position type : Full-time - Contract Duration : 12 Months As a User Experience Researcher, you will : While the team is primarily focused on usability testing, we are open to leveraging early and exploratory research as well.
Work with a UX leader who understands how to leverage research results and who will help you foster buy-in to act on results.
Partner with product owners and engineers to ensure the team understands user (customer and employee) needs as we design digital solutions.
Minimum Qualifications The ideal candidate will have : High School Diploma. Experience conducting online usability tests and other user research methods to inform design decisions for desktop and / or mobile applications.
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum product development environment that is cross-functional and highly collaborative.
Online portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your approach to user research and how you present your results to your team.
Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range : $50 - $54 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
