Happy Plumbing Inc. in Santee, CA is actively seeking a full-time Plumbing Technician to diagnose issues, present service options to customers, perform small to medium repairs, and write detailed invoices for installation crews to take on bigger jobs.

Our Plumbing Technicians typically work Monday through Friday from 8 AM 5 PM . This plumber position comes with a commission structure .
A typical year end is between $80,000 $160,000+ (no cap) . We provide excellent benefits and perks , including 100% paid medical insurance, dental, vision, life, a 401k with up to 5% employer match after 90-days of service, and an excellent work environment .
Additionally, our plumbers enjoy the use of a company van that can be taken home, a company gas card, tools, and an iPad .

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
