In this role, you'll be responsible for :
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Providing information about services and policies
- Managing client accounts
- Maintaining records of all interactions and escalations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customers
The following are the requirements for this position :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- While customer service experience is preferred, it's not necessary.
We provide paid training, so all you need is a desire to learn and a positive attitude. You'll receive weekly pay, and you'll have a flexible schedule and the opportunity to travel.
