Job Purpose : We are seeking a results-driven Aesthetic Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for creating trusting relationships and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

You will serve as a liaison for all non-surgical services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and personalized service and skincare recommendations.

Additionally, you will work to build lasting relationships with local businesses and key community players to enhance our presence and reputation in the area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients seeking aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations with our signature True Skin Age Test powered by Visia to understand patients' needs and goals, providing expert advice on available treatments and services.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and follow up to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal outcomes.
• Contact and circle back with prospective leads.

Brand Representation :

• Act as a brand ambassador for The Piazza Center, upholding our standards of excellence and promoting all non-surgical offerings.
• Provide a warm, professional, and informative experience to each patient, enhancing their overall journey with our center.
• Collaborate with brand representatives to organize and host quarterly information sessions or events that showcase our services and products to current and prospective patients.

Product Knowledge Specialist :

Fully trained and certified through our exclusive skin care certification program to expertly educate and assist clients with their skin care product needs.

Community Engagement :

• Build and nurture relationships with local businesses and key community figures to expand our network and promote our services.
• Participate in local events and activities to enhance our visibility and connect with potential clients.
• Administrative Duties :
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all interactions and treatment plans are documented and up-to-date.
• Take professional and seamless before and after photos.
• Coordinate and work closely with Advanced Nurse Injectors and Medical Aestheticians to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed such as assisting with the check in check out process, uploading scans, and assisting with incoming calls.
• Phone excellence / efficiency

Qualifications :

• Active Esthetician license or proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aesthetic or medical spa industry.
• Strong knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic treatments and services.
• Leadloop / CRM experience
• Strong proficiency in reporting lead conversion and client outreach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Have a can-do will-do attitude and always be a team player.
• High level of professionalism, not only in attitude and appearance but also required to maintain companywide confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within the community.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to achieving results.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our Plastic Surgery Center and Medical Spa.
