- Bachelor’s degree in a related filed, or an equivalent combination of education and / or prior experience.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience.
Certifications / Licenses Preferred Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience instructing hiring unit’s relevant program content.
- Knowledge of classroom management, adult learning, and effective communication / facilitation techniques.
- General computer proficiency.
Equipment Utilized Physical Demands and Work Environment Special Conditions
- Multiple positions available.
- Success in this position will be measured through attendance, course evaluations, and class member engagement.
