What You’ll Do

The Product Owner at Kodak Moments is responsible for maximizing the value of Digital Photo-Printing Experiences resulting from the work of the team.

Product Owners are at the center of delivering new products / experiences and driving innovation on existing platforms that improve customer experience, meet customer needs, and create business value while prioritizing the "What.

What means the most to our consumer? What do we build next? What are the details that matter most?

The Product Owner is a servant leader and not the manager of team members, has well-rounded job knowledge and ensures those around them understand the objectives of what is being built.

How You’ll Do It

  • Builds product backlog and prioritizes its items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Defines the acceptance criteria of the backlog items that will drive our solutions forward.
  • Contributes to Agile practices (stand-ups, plannings, and retros) along with the team scrum masters.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders like UX, Marketing and Business Leadership to ensure the right solutions launch successfully.
  • Uses the roadmap to contribute to overall strategy by connecting how customer solutions support business goals.
  • Keeps up to speed on current industry standards and product trends to influence feature enhancements.
  • Builds a culture of accountability and ownership by empowering the product team to make decisions as close to the work as possible.

Skills and / or knowledge specifications

The Basics

Exceptional Communication (Oral, Written, and Presentation) skills amplified by a Get it Done attitude supported through respectful and thoughtful message delivery.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Scrum, Agile, or Lean methodologies.
  • Experience with Business Analytics.
  • Experience in Customized Product Design.
  • Experience in eCommerce / Digital Commerce.
  • Experience launching, building, and enhancing products.

Education and / or experience specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience Design, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience and 2+ years of experience in Product Management, User Experience Design or Engineering in related field.

Compensation $98,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
