Salary : $66,560 to $95,000, DOE

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will oversee and enhance service operations, focusing on complex mechanical systems and equipment.
Your role will involve leading engineering projects, providing advanced technical support, and driving improvements in service processes.
You’ll leverage your expertise to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Service Projects : Manage and direct complex service projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all technical and operational objectives are met.
- Optimize Systems : Develop and implement solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of mechanical systems and equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other rotating machinery.
- Advanced Technical Support : Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for advanced service issues, utilizing your deep understanding of system operations and engineering principles.
- Client and Team Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals and resources.
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all service operations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including technical reports, repair procedures, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
- Mentorship and Training : Mentor junior engineers and technicians, offering guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices to continually improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Rotating Equipment, plant maintenance, or a related field
- Prior experience and knowledge of installation, operation, and maintenance of static and rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.)
- Proficient in generating technical reports, including inspections, repair procedures, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, and operation and maintenance manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
