We’re currently seeking a Sonographer to join our amazing team.

Details of the Sonographer opening :

• Anticipated start date : 10 / 21 / 2024
• Salary : $2721.41 - $3142.91 weekly
• Anticipated duration of assignment : 13 weeks
• Anticipated schedule : 5x8 Days

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Sonographer :

• Explain sonographic procedures to patients, answer questions, prepare patients by applying the gel to the skin, and position the patients on the table.
• Ensure clear images for diagnostic purposes and adjust the sonographic equipment when necessary.
• Select appropriate settings and adjust patients' positions accordingly.
• Monitor patients to ensure their safety and comfort during the procedures.
• Present the sonograms and preliminary findings to the Physicians.
• Complete all appropriate documentation and maintain patients' medical records.
• Assist Physicians during invasive procedures.
• Maintain and clean the sonographic equipment.
• Perform medical procedures, such as administer oxygen, take vital signs, and give emergency treatments.

Qualifications for the Sonographer :

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor's degree program in Sonography.
• ARRT certification.
• Two or more years of current experience as a Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS / BCLS certification.
