Right now, due to our growth plans we are looking to hire a Sales Executive to join our growing Sales & Marketing team, based on site in Manston, Kent.

About The Role

As our Sales Executive you’ll be the first point of contact for any potential customers and be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a 5* experience!

As a New Homes Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for the sales operation on your allocated site, ensuring we’re maximizing sales and providing our customers with an excellent and unforgettable experience.

Running the sales and marketing suites, you’ll ensure our show homes are perfectly presented when welcoming customers, and conduct daily inspections to ensure our site signage and flags are correct.

You will secure plot sales by highlighting the benefits of buying from Chartway and ensure that all paperwork from reservation through to exchange is communicated back to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will respond to all enquiries and leads, send out appropriate information, and continually follow up, reporting back to the Field Sales Manager and assisting with weekly reporting.

What you’ll need

You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a national housebuilder. Excellent IT skills, and strong understanding of the sales process, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.
