As a Manager, Student Recruitment, under the guidance of the Director of Student Recruitment, the Enrollment Marketing Program Manager will lead efforts to attract and enroll students into our various graduate and professional degree and certificate programs.
This will involve crafting and implementing marketing plans to increase program visibility and appeal, enhancing our brand's awareness to key populations, and collaborating with admissions and communications teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging.
This position will be an integral partner with academic program leaders, admissions teams, and marketing communications staff across the educational enterprise to streamline and maximize student recruitment initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and outcome-driven along with possessing the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive student recruitment and enrollment marketing plan for all graduate / professional degree programs that will increase awareness of educational offerings, improve the quality and quantity of applicants, and contribute to long-term enrollment growth.
- Develop and execute program-specific marketing campaigns (e.g. creating promotional materials, managing social media strategy, and collaborating with institutional and school / program-specific admissions teams to enhance the institution's brand in the context of graduate health education).
- Guide the creation and design of print and digital recruitment-related collateral.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends related to technological advancements in enrollment management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technologies that may contribute to streamlining the marketing / recruitment process.
- Utilize data to analyze / assess the effectiveness of recruitment and marketing strategies.
- Review enrollment trends, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to adjust / optimize future efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for and providing advising services to prospective students who are actively exploring MCW's various graduate / professional degree and certificate programs.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment-related internal and external events such as open houses, fairs / conferences, webinars, and information sessions in conjunction with program leaders and admissions teams, serving as a primary representative of the institution.
- Ensure events are effectively promoted, well-organized, and provide valuable information to prospective students.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with feeder schools, community / student organizations, and professional associations to build a strong pipeline of prospective students.
- Provide guidance and support for the administration of the Graduate School's two undergraduate research experiences : Summer Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) and Program for Undergraduate Research Experience (PURE).
- Explore and incorporate joint marketing initiatives and outreach programs as well as strategies to leverage alumni and their networks for recruitment purposes.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities
- Demonstrated experience working in college or university admissions, student recruitment, or enrollment marketing; experience working in graduate or professional health science university or school admissions preferred.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint) and other software, databases and equipment as assigned.
- Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of higher education customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Slate by Technolutions.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events and related meetings as needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Proven ability to manage internal working relationships and interact and communicate with discretion, clarity, tact, and courtesy
- Ability to access, manage, and analyze data using different databases and file formats
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team but also exercise initiative and work independently.
- Patience and a desire to learn.

Position Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications :
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in enrollment marketing, student recruitment, or a related field, preferably within higher education.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in higher education, marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in enrollment marketing, student recruitment, college admissions or a related field, preferably within a graduate and / or professional school higher education setting.
