The Parking Operations Team provides all levels of customer services related to parking for guests attending a Levi’s Stadium Event.

Suite Valet Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Provides excellent customer service to guests as they arrive at Levi’s Stadium.
  • Tracks and records vehicle information for efficient retrievals.
  • Secures guest’s keys in a manner that decreases the opportunity for loss.
  • Manages egress and ingress of arriving valet vehicles.
  • Answers basic event related questions.
  • Completes daily shift reports that measure service levels provided.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Event Flagger Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Provides excellent customer service to guests as they arrive at Levi’s Stadium.
  • Gives directions and is knowledgeable of surroundings to inform customers of various locations around the stadium.
  • Uses stadium issued devices to alert vehicles and pedestrians onto the recommended path of travel.
  • Controls traffic at entrances and exits as needed and staffing levels dictate.
  • Reports any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the site manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Provides excellent customer service to guests as they arrive at Levi’s Stadium.
  • Accepts cash and organizes change.
  • Swipes credit cards and scans prepaid passes.
  • Flags cars into the lot if staffing levels dictate.
  • Answers basic event related questions.
  • Collects cash and / or coupons while maintaining the organization of cash.
  • Provides accurate change and issues receipts or tickets to customers for each transaction as requested.
  • Verifies shift transactions against money on hand and complete post cashier shift report.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Logistics Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Sets up and breakdowns as it relates to all parking lot supplies and signage that may lie within or in proximity to each parking lot perimeter.
  • Configures the exterior and interior of stadium parking lots based on event-specific diagrams, drawings and maps provided by Event Operations and the stadium management company.
  • Monitors the appearance of all related supplies and make recommendations on the refurbishing or the purchasing or any damages or defaced sign.
  • Reports any operational issues that may impact the parking lot’s ability to service stadium guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling difficult situations.
  • Work cooperatively with all team members across all departments.
  • Ability to react appropriately in emergency and high stress situations.
  • Ability to communicate with and listen to diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience :

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Government issued ID.
  • Drivers license preferred (required for Valet position).

The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

The employee is constantly required to stand and walk. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee may be occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.

Certain positions may require the employee to push or pull 250 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and depth perception.

This position requires the ability to work events on evenings, holidays and weekends.

0% of local travel time expected for this position.

Compensation : $19-$20.50 / hr
