The Consumer Support Representative will serve consumers in bankruptcy by providing product and service information, answering inquiries, and resolving product and service problems.
This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently while working collaboratively with partner companies to resolve consumer concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist bankruptcy consumers by addressing product and service questions, and providing suggestions on related products or services.
- Maintain and update client records with current account information.
- Collaborate with partner companies to resolve consumer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle and resolve product or service problems by clarifying client complaints, determining the root cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure full resolution.
- Contribute to team objectives by completing related tasks and supporting team efforts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Superior listening and phone skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Ability to remain well-organized, maintain a positive attitude, and exhibit a professional demeanor.
- Compassionate and empathetic in helping consumers during stressful situations.
The salary for this role is currently $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data.
Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members.
The hourly base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, at the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
