Program Coordinator Long-Term Services & Supports (LTSS Operations)

Associates are required to live within a 50-mile radius and a 1-hour commute to one of our Elevance Health major office (PulsePoint) locations.

Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.

Schedule : This position is hourly, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM in your respective time zone. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days physically in office per week .

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of external client-facing programs that best meet the business needs.

This position will primarily support the Florida Long-Term Services and Supports line of business, specifically in the operations space and Electronic Visit Verification program.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :

Builds and maintains the business program plans and schedules, contributes to ensuring business deliverables are met, assist in documentation and project status tracing.

Monitor activities to ensure the external client-facing program objectives are met within established time frames and budgets.

Additional responsibilities include scheduling, conducting and attending meetings, supporting management in overall objectives.

Complies complex data and assists in preparing and delivering presentations as required.

Monitors health plan compliance to ensure 85% of claims paid for EVV-required services have verified visits.

Monitors and supports health plan compliance towards other EVV performance metrics (missed visits, manual entries, etc.)

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years’ experience in health care, or 2 years of related program experience;

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, & Experiences :

BA / BS degree preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $24.

66 per hour - $44.39 per hour ($51,292.80 - $92,327 annually).
