BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Data Insights Manager on THIS team you’ll be responsible for managing the front-end reporting side of Charter’s industry-leading customer experience metrics platform.

Required Qualifications
- Experience : 5 years of experience in a customer facing products / services environment 5 years of experience working within a data platform / data analysis environment 5 years of managing complex projects Experience leading teams of data analysts and data scientists.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Skills : Demonstrated in-depth ability to analyze, interpret and present dataDemonstrated in-depth skills with SQLDemonstrated in-depth understanding of design and implementation practices in Tableau desktop and serverDemonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of Agile Development MethodologiesDemonstrated in-depth understanding of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principlesDemonstrated in-depth business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business resultsDemonstrated ability to manage complex and diverse projectsDemonstrated ability to manage development within a variety of technology stacksDemonstrated ability to deliver high quality softwareDemonstrated knowledge of development strategies, project management and business and technical consultancy
