An innovative plastic injection molding company is looking for a HR Generalist to provide Human Resources support for a plastic injection molding facility.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Recruit and onboard new employees
  • Manage HRIS system and Employee Attendance Point Program
  • Provide administrative support for the HR Manager
  • Complete other HR Tasks
  • Learn and complete the company payroll system
  • Continuous improvement idea generation and implementation
  • Encourage and help all employees
  • Foster a team approach and problem resolution.

Experience and Skills :

2 years experience in Human Resources Manufacturing setting, preferred

Education :

High School (required), Associate in HR a plus
