ENSCO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner Scheduler at the Transportation Technology Center (TTC) to support facility maintenance activities.
Responsibilities shall include the following :
Create and update work tickets in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Support Maintenance Technician work dispatch.
Support and drive preventative and corrective maintenance.
Schedule and coordinate contractor activities onsite.
Procure parts and services including identifying lowest cost compliant components, securing quotes from vendors, and entering information into a purchasing system.
Prepare summary reports of maintenance activities and performance measures.
Support the Facility Staff in driving periodic maintenance to 90% completion rate.
Manage a work log.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with Maximo-based CMMS.
- Maintenance Technician experience or equivalent.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience with CMMS or equivalent.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and accurately enter and update work tickets in a CMMS.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organizational, follow through and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license to allow driving throughout the site.
- Ability to drive company vehicles around site and into city for parts pickup if needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in client and co-worker relations
- Ability to be flexible in a fast pasted environment.
- Ability to build professional and courteous relationships with your colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to safely climb a 15-foot-high ladder.
Wearing safety equipment (hardhat, steel-toe boots, protective vest, and protective eyeglasses) when working on railroad properties is also a requirement.
