This position is considered Office-First. An office-first employee is an employee within the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area whose default work location is a designated office and has office presence at least four days per week, specifically, Monday through Thursday.

Description
The Menu Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of a menu category within our organization.
This role involves analyzing menu trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning to drive menu category growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, product marketing, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Category Strategy
Develop and implement menu category strategies that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Menu Development : Create new menu offerings that will grow sales and ensure a balanced and appealing selection. This includes end to end work from developing concept, to recipe creation, to testing, and then product launch.
- Vendor Management : Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to create an exceptional menu, ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Innovation : Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas and concepts to the menu. Utilize consumer research
- Customer Focus : Ensure that menu offerings meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, variety, and value.
- Market Analysis : Utilize market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for category expansion and improvement.
- Performance Monitoring : In-depth review and evaluation for performance of menu categories, using sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Category Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- 3-5 years of applicable experience, preferred
- Strong background in recipe development and culinary innovation.
- Innovation mindset, including the ability to develop new product concepts or features through collaboration, industry knowledge and vendor partnerships.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- BS / BA in related discipline or equivalent, related experience; certification may be preferred or required.
