Required
- 2+ years of HIGH-VOLUME FULL CYCLE recruiting experience filling roles in the Retail Banking Industry such as Branch Managers, Financial Wellness, Personal Bankers, and Teller Positions.
- Ability to work in the East Coast Time Zone
- Experience handling a req load of 20-30 min and with a monthly fill target of 15 +
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent
