Our hospitality team, also known as Hosts / Cashiers, are tasked with creating a welcoming and fun first impression Buffalo Wild Wing’s Guests.
Hospitality is expected to be very knowledgeable of the Buffalo Wild Wings’ menu as well as, events, and online offers that are upcoming.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests
- Take ToGo Orders / phone orders and enter the orders correctly in the POS system
- Package ToGo orders and assure correct items are provided to the guest
- Provide a welcoming environment for guests with a smile
- Process gift cards, credit card, and cash transactions
- 18 years or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
