Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Human Resources Manager and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR programs in partnership with the plant leadership.
This role will partner with leadership and the HR Manager in the following areas : performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, engagement, supervisory coaching, change management, and other ad hoc HR projects.
The role has oversight for all site Human Resources administrative processes and payroll. They will ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and compliance with all laws / statutes regulating the employment relationship.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for delivering high-quality HR service and supporting a broad range of HR responsibilities
- This role partners with all levels of employees, primarily supervisors and individual contributors, to help enhance the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities
- Execute change readiness activities to prepare for future challenges
- Reprioritize actions for immediate implementation of ad-hoc topics or assignments
- Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities
- Help achieve financial goals by executing lifecycle people solutions
- Partner on hiring and development and advancement of team members; this includes working with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard new hires and build strong internal and external pipelines
- Support change management efforts, nurture our culture and create unique team member experiences
- Take a proactive approach to Employee Relations, and make recommendations by providing guidance, interpreting policy and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Bilingual Fluent in both Spanish and English required
- 3+ years Human resource experience onsite in a manufacturing / production setting
- Strong Employee relations experience : creating and delivering people practices which develop - and maintain - positive working relationships between an organization and its people
- Experience in performing and managing HR Investigations and Reporting
- HR experience in managing and implementing programs and processes related to employee training, labor relations, affirmative action, employment equity, benefits management, onboarding, etc
- Strong technical acumen including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Very detailed and accurate
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to pivot gracefully as business needs and priorities change
- Ability to relate to individuals within all levels of the organization
- A strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $90,000 + Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
