Growing manufacturing facility in Brea, CA is hiring an experienced Progressive Die Stamping Designer to add to their team.

SUMMARY :
Working under the direction of an engineer, you will use software to convert the designs of engineers into technical drawings.
- Interpret rough sketches and engineer specifications
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedure
- Utilize 2D or 3D CAD for tool design
- Will collaborate with other departments and design products with manufacturing in mind
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years of AutoCAD or Solidworks
- Must have metal stamping experience
- High school diploma, or GED
- 2-year college degree in drafting or technical training
- AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS / Logopress3
- Detail-oriented
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong math skills
- Able to meet deadlines
