Management Meeting Items are improvement projects initiated by executives and the role manages the process and meetings.

The position owns the site instruction on surveillance programs that seek to self-identify potential compliance issues. Lastly, the position manages a knowledge management web page that applies knowledge management and configuration control to local instructions.

The position will have the opportunity to frequently interact with executive management and provide training on a variety of topics to a corporate audience.

orMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience.Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance processes or in classroom instruction / teaching
• Previous auditing and surveillance experience
• Meeting facilitation and / or Lean facilitation experience
• Previous experience or training in developing executive initiatives or development of "A" finding response(s)
