Compensation : $30.00 / hr to $40.00 / hr depending on experience
Hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm or 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 3+ years' experience with commercial HVAC service
- Willingness to travel to the service area
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to comply with all safety rules
- Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities :
- Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to prevent potential issues and ensure efficient operation
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and inefficiencies
- Execute repairs on commercial equipment, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, air handlers, pumps, and controls
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service visits
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards while working with complex HVAC systems and equipment
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical details and proposed solutions clearly
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
