Our Sales Account Manager work in conjunction with the sales and marketing team to establish best practices and refine processes that support customer care objectives and overall sales margins.

Our Sales Account Managers :

Update customer account to ensure an accurate record of products and services is captured

Ensure that the customer has a positive experience throughout the ongoing customer relationship

Shadow Telecommunications Managers to gain leadership skills and develop a concrete understanding of the services and products we offer

Communicate, engage, and provide the customer with education on products and services

Displays active listening skills, perceives emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizes with customers to enhance an overall positive experience

Cover all contract details for new customers and problem-solve any questions that may arrive in a professional manner.
