We are in search of a Controller to join our team in Irvine, California. This role plays a critical part in managing accounting operations and cash management within our organization.
You will be tasked with overseeing a variety of responsibilities such as reviewing financial statements, maintaining the accounting system, managing intercompany cash balances, and creating weekly cash reports.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations within the company
- Regularly review and approve journal entries, bank and loan reconciliations, and monthly accruals
- Execute the review of monthly financial statements and forward them for review and approval
- Supervise the updating and coordination of Monthly Accounting Check List, including tracking of tasks, responsible persons, due dates, and completion dates
- Finalize monthly financial statements and close accounting period in the Accounting System once approved
- Maintain and update the Accounting System regularly
- Manage Cash Management operations including the creation of weekly cash reports
- Handle intercompany cash balances including capital calls and intra company transfers to ensure sufficient cash balance for all entities
- Regularly update cash forecast for all entities
- Leverage skills in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Budget Processes.
- Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports is necessary.
- Should have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions.
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
- Auditing skills are a must.
- Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential.
